Our areas of work include

  • Currently representing an executive in a federal investigation involving auction rate securities being conducted by the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Securities Exchange Commission.
  • Representing a high ranking executive of a major telecom company in a US DOJ investigation involving bid rigging of auctions relating to bandwidth. (No charges brought against this client).
  • Representing a lawyer for a major telecom in a US DOJ investigation for contempt for violating an antitrust injunction entered by the Unites States District Court. (No charges brought against this client).
  • Representation of executive in US DOJ prosecution for price fixing in chain link fence industry. (Resolved by plea bargain without jail sentence).
  • Representing at trial a major road building company for bid rigging and fraud brought by the US DOJ. (Client found not guilty by Jury).
  • Representing numerous witnesses, who received immunity, in major DOJ antitrust investigations.
